HARMONY COMPLEMENTARY THERAPY

In a fast-paced, stressful world, setting aside time to relax and de-stress is becoming an increasingly important part of our daily lives. Massage and sound therapy are effective modalities to help you achieve a state of calmness and relaxation, reduce stress, alleviate pain, relieve anxiety and improve sleep.

Harmony Complementary Therapy was established in 2022 by Darren Lord and is based in Lee, London, SE12. 

Darren offers holistic massage treatments to help you relax, reduce feelings of stress and promote healing. Alternatively, clients requiring deep tissue massage and more focused techniques to help reduce muscle tension, recover from injuries or correct dysfunction may benefit from a sports massage/soft tissue treatment. Sound therapy can be integrated into massage treatments to deepen relaxation and promote general well-being or booked as a stand-alone treatment. Click here for more information.
 
Treatments take place at Darren's home (regular local bus service or free on-street parking), or they can be given in your own home (subject to location and having adequate space available to set up the treatment couch).
